The difference between Swiss and Asian grade watches is the stainless steel grade that is being used, as well as the manufacturing process and machinery. 4、Does the second hand run smooth or ticking?

For Automatic movements the second hand sweeps with a rate of 21600 bph, for Quartz movement the second hand ticks.

5、Will i receive a tracking number?

After the MYSSHOP store watch is shipped, you will receive an email or be contacted directly with your Whatsapp with the tracking number and the URL for tracking the package. We ship by EMS or other delivery methods, and you can receive your watch in the shortest time.

6、Does the watch come with original box and papers?

Bring the original box and certificate for free, as well as shopping mall receipts.

7、How fast is the shipping time?

Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order in 3-7 business days, then we will ship through EMS/ Other express companies which takes 15-25 days(USA) to get delivered to your door, about other countries’ shipping time you can ask customer service for help.

8、what's the price of the watch?

9、Can i pay with my VISA/Mastercard card?

We encourage people to use Bitcoin and Western Union because Visa and MasterCard have policies against counterfeit products, but we process Paypal/Visa/MasterCard for a limited time. If you don't find the option available, please come back next time and contact customer service.
Of course, we also support COD payment service, provided that you contact our staff to help you.

10、Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Usually, processing time is 3-7 business days after payment confirmation, shipping usually takes 15 to 25 business days, local warehouse usually takes 1-5 business days; it depends on your country.

Note: Sometimes the warehouse is overloaded and processing time may take 4 or 10 days.

11、What movement do the watches have?

Depending on the grade of the watch you chosen, our watches have Asian or high quality ETA Swiss movements.

12、Are the watches water resistant?

All of our Asian-grade watches are water-resistant but not waterproof. We do not recommend that you take it to the shower or swimming pool. Taking the watch underwater will void its warranty.

If you need waterproofing, you can contact our customer service to add additional waterproofing to your watch, which requires an additional accessory price. The waterproof depth is about 10 meters.

13、How do i track my order?

After the package is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email or Whatsapp, or you can contact our customer service to get the tracking information.

14、How do i place an order?

16、What's your return policy?

After receiving the goods, within 15 days, if you are not satisfied, you can contact customer service to apply for a refund. (Prerequisite: you have never used it).
Refund process: Contact customer service to obtain the return address.
After receiving the goods and checking them, if the watch is brand new and has never been worn, we will arrange a refund immediately, and it will take 8-20 days to return the money to your card.
COD customers need to contact our staff to confirm the return information before returning the goods or simply refuse to sign when signing.

20、Does the chronograph function?

For Swiss automatic watch and quartz watch, the chronograph can work; if Asian movement automatic watch, the chronograph is non-functioned. You can contact our customer service for details.

21、Why does my order not go througt?

Due to the high risk of overseas transactions, banks sometimes freeze transactions, please contact customer service.
Your card is not authorized, please contact customer service for help.
If the total order amount exceeds US$1,000, it will be restricted by the bank. It is recommended to contact customer service and use Western Union or Bitcoin payment to enjoy the discount.

COD customers can directly deliver the courier to collect the payment or pay online.

22、How would i know my order through?

After your ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. We will let you know the status of your order. So plz mention your email .

24、What should i do if i have a big wrist?

If you have a larger wrist and require an extra link, you can contact our customer service to add another link to your order, either via WhatsApp or email.

25、If i made the wrong order what should i do?
