Shipping Destination:
We currently offer shipping to the UK and the US, as well as the Middle East. Please note that we only ship to physical addresses and do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, China. If there is stock in the overseas warehouse, we will also ship it. Please contact the merchant for details. We provide the following shipping methods for your convenience:

Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, and the delivery time for local warehouses is 1-5 business days. This method is trackable and you will receive a tracking number after the order is shipped.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
mysshop.top is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions.
